I am the daughter of the late Abraham Fleming, Jr. and Robbie Fleming. Raised in a military family, I experienced the values of discipline, service, and resilience from an early age. After my father’s retirement, our family settled in the Atlanta, Georgia area, where I continued my education and pursued my passion for public service and the law.

I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Valdosta State University, where I double-majored in English and History and minored in African American Studies. I went on to receive my Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. I am licensed to practice law in both Georgia and Alabama.

Inspired by my background and commitment to justice, I began my legal career at the Fulton County Public Defender’s Office, where I served for nearly a decade. During my tenure, I zealously represented clients charged with serious felony offenses, gaining extensive courtroom and trial experience.

Following my time in public defense, I transitioned into private practice. I now personally manage hundreds of real estate closings each year and I also provide estate planning and probate services. I remain committed to community service and regularly take on pro bono probate and estate planning cases.

In 2022, I was honored to be appointed as a Judicial Officer in the Fulton County Probate Court, where I proudly serve under the leadership of Judge Kenya Johnson in Atlanta, Georgia.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and children. We love attending sporting events, concerts, and family outings—especially trips to Chuck E. Cheese’s. I am a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. I actively participate in several professional and civic organizations, including the Lawyer’s Club of Atlanta, Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL), Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys (GABWA), and the Junior League of Atlanta.

Laquetta S. Pearson earned her J.D. Degree from Mercer University in 2003. She attended Clemson University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in 2000. Ms. Pearson has practiced Real Estate Law since 2004 and loves conducting real estate closings to service our East Atlanta clientele. Attorney Pearson has settled million in Personal Injury claims and is ready to take on new clients who have been injured in a car accident, slip and fall, or other wrongful injury.

Ms. Pearson has, also, represented numerous high-profile and celebrity clients in State and Federal Courts. She routinely overachieves for her clients, securing six- figure personal injury settlements, negotiating high-asset divorces, and litigating high- profile paternity and child support cases in Georgia. Ms. Pearson has a hard earned reputation for fairness, candor, and dedicated advocacy.

Michael Jones obtained a B.A. in psychology from Morehouse College in 1995, an M.A. from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology in 1998 and a J.D. from Southern University in 2003. He has practiced Real Estate Law since 2004. Agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers love closing real estate transactions in the Buckhead office with Attorney Jones!

Stemming from a lifelong interest in human rights advocacy, Michael Jones has developed an expertise in litigation and representation to offer a gambit of legal services. He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in the areas of real estate law, small business matters, personal injury claims and DUI cases.

He is also emersed in community involvelment by sitting on the Board of Directors for the Young Adult Guidance Center and Boys 2 Men Youth Programs. Michael also serves as a youth football and basketball coach.
